The objectives of the Ports Authority are regulated and defined by Law L. 67 of the Presidential Decree of 15 April 1978, in accordance with Law L. 19 of 14 June 1962 and L.1 of 1 July 1973 establishing the Ports Agency. Somali and at the same time regulated by the overall mission and work of the Agency.
